Terms of Use

A. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Mojo Yazılım Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("Mojo Yazılım", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. You represent that you own or control the device on which the App is installed and that you have the right and capacity to enter into this agreement.This EULA also applies to any updates, supplements, or services provided with the App unless covered by a separate agreement. We may amend this EULA from time to time; for material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app message. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

B. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 in the European Economic Area and other regions where a higher minimum age applies) to use the Apps. If you are below the age of majority in your region, a parent or guardian must review and accept this EULA on your behalf and supervise your use.

C. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Mojo Yazılım grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to install and use the latest version of the App on a device you own or control, for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.

D. Restrictions

You may not rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App.You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except where permitted by law.You are responsible for providing the equipment and internet connection needed to use the App. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or networks.We may update or modify the App, and you may be required to accept updated terms to continue using it.

E. Subscriptions and Refunds

Catz&Dogz offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Google Play. Before confirmation, the purchase screen shows the price, billing period, and any eligible free trial or paid introductory offer. A free trial is free for the displayed period; a paid introductory offer charges the displayed amount. Unless you cancel before renewal, the displayed regular price applies after the offer. Manage or cancel renewal in your Google Play account. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under Google Play policies and applicable consumer law: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

F. Functionality and AI-Generated Content

The Apps provide various features and services ("App Functions"), which may change over time. Some App Functions use artificial intelligence to process content you provide and to generate results, effects, translations, or informational insights.Any results, insights, or content generated by the Apps — including AI-generated content — are provided for general, informational, or entertainment purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind, including medical, veterinary, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on such content.Location-based information provided by the Apps is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for navigation, emergency, or other critical decisions.

G. Third-Party Services

The Apps may integrate with or rely on third-party services, content, AI providers, or advertisements. Mojo Yazılım is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

H. Security

While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device and credentials against unauthorized access.

I. Registration and Passwords

Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.

J. Account and Data Deletion

Pet profiles and care records are stored locally. Firebase anonymous authentication and our backend also maintain pseudonymous identity, processing, security, support and purchase records. Deleting local app data or uninstalling does not request deletion of server records. Use Settings → Contact us, or email store@mojoyz.com, for access, correction or deletion requests. See our Privacy Notice for details. Cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.

K. Uninstallation

You may stop using the app by uninstalling it through Android. This removes data belonging to that installation but does not delete previously exported or transferred copies, request server deletion or cancel a subscription; see Sections E and J.

L. Data Collection and Usage

By using the Apps, you acknowledge that we collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

M. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their design, code, and content, are the intellectual property of Mojo Yazılım or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

N. Content Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Apps. You grant Mojo Yazılım a limited license to use such content as necessary to operate and provide the requested features. Where content is submitted for AI processing, it is used solely to deliver the requested result.

O. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and access to an App if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease use of the App and delete all copies from your device.

P. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Q. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo Yazılım shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

R. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojo Yazılım from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Apps or your breach of this EULA.

S. Export Controls

The Apps may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions when downloading or using the Apps.

T. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Language: This English version and the Turkish version are original texts. Versions in other languages are translations provided for convenience. If a translation differs from this English version, this English version prevails, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
